・Due date

Payment is finalized when the order is confirmed.

For customers who choose bank transfer or convenience store payment, please transfer payment within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after placing an order.

Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled by the system if you miss the due date.

Bank transfer and payment at convenience stores: After confirmation of transfer

Credit card payment and Amazonpay: At the time of order


・Shipping start period

If in stock: Shipment within the next day to one week

Made-to-order: Ships within 1 to 3 months after order placement

Japan: Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Compact)

Overseas: EMS


・Shipping charges

Japan domestic:Free shipping

Overseas: Shipping charges will be based on EMS rates.


​・Guidance on tariffs

If you purchase Japanese products from overseas, customs duty may be incurred. In that case, please note that any customs duties incurred will be borne by the purchaser.


・Photographs of works

The color of the image and the actual product may differ depending on the environment such as your device's display.

The colors may differ slightly because each piece is handmade.

The number and weight of motifs are the same as in the pictures, but there may be some individual differences in shape and color due to the handmade finish.

・Cancellation of Orders

Your order is considered complete when you click the "Place Order" button.

We ask that you do not cancel your order after it has been completed, regardless of the method of payment.


If you have made a mistake in selecting the wrong product, or if you have placed a duplicate order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via contact if you notice the mistake before the order is shipped.


We generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective.


All items are individually hand-finished. Please check the product photos carefully.


We do not accept returns or refunds for customer reasons (e.g., the size does not fit, the image is not what you expected, you ordered the wrong item, etc.) unless the product is defective.


If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product with your name, the name of the returned product, and the details of the reason for return, after checking the following information. We will return or exchange the product.


Please understand that since our store is a mail order business, the cooling-off policy does not apply.


In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

1. products that have been in the shop for more than 8 days after arrival

2. merchandise that has been used even once

3. Merchandise that has been stained or scratched by the customer

4. items that are larger than expected or different from the image
